NextGen Beauty Lab was created with one belief: great ideas aren't limited by age.

Too many young people have innovative business ideas but lack access to mentorship, guidance, and the resources needed to bring those ideas to life.

Founded by Lustre by Melle, NextGen Beauty Lab is a six-month entrepreneurship incubator that equips aspiring business owners ages 13–19 with the knowledge, confidence, and community to turn ideas into reality.

Whether participants dream of launching a beauty brand, technology startup, clothing line, nonprofit, or another innovative venture, NextGen Beauty Lab provides the foundation to help them build with purpose.
