Armelle bernard

Founder & Program Director

Armelle Bernard is the founder of NextGen Beauty Lab and the Founder & CEO of Lustre by Melle. Through entrepreneurship, event production, and community leadership, she is passionate about creating opportunities for aspiring young founders.

She created NextGen Beauty Lab to equip teenage entrepreneurs with the mentorship, education, and confidence needed to transform ideas into thriving businesses. As Program Director, she oversees curriculum, mentor engagement, partnerships, and participant success throughout the six-month incubator.
