NextGen Beauty Lab is open to aspiring entrepreneurs ages 13–19 who are passionate about starting or growing a business. Applicants do not need prior business experience—just curiosity, commitment, and a willingness to learn.

No. While NextGen Beauty Lab was founded by a beauty entrepreneur, the incubator welcomes young entrepreneurs from all industries. Whether you're interested in beauty, fashion, technology, food, media, photography, apparel, or another business idea, you're encouraged to apply.

No. Whether you have just an idea or you've already started selling products or services, the program is designed to help you build and grow your business.

The incubator runs for six months, combining virtual workshops, mentorship, networking opportunities, and hands-on learning before concluding with a public Capstone Showcase.

There is no cost to apply. Applicants selected for the cohort will be responsible for a $150 participation fee, which helps cover program materials, workshops, and participant resources.

Applications are reviewed by our leadership team. Selected applicants may be invited to participate in a brief interview before final acceptance decisions are made.

Yes. Parents and guardians play an important role in supporting participants. An orientation session will be held before the program begins to review expectations and answer questions.

Most workshops and mentoring sessions will be held in-person (location to be announced) with possible virtual experiences throughout the program.
